"Martin Carty has been responsible for the grounds at Manor Court Apartments since March 2006. Since taking over, the grounds have been considerably improved and are a source of great pleasure to the residents at Manor Court. Martin is always very helpful in recommending and implementing improvements to the grounds. We were awarded a Gold Medal in the Leamington in Bloom competition in 2008."
